Ms. Collins has 25 years career management experience in the United States and Canada. She has successfully marketed and coached clients from start-up to mid-range companies to Fortune 50 companies, including IBM, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Georgia-Pacific, Home Depot, UBS, Proctor & Gamble, Delta Airlines, AIG, TD Securities, E*Trade and Electronic Arts.
Career Solutions marketing expertise extends over a vast number of industries and career fields and we have successfully positioned clients for careers in technology, program and project management, operations, finance, sales and marketing.
After Ms. Collins received her degree in Education, she taught in the Canadian University system in the faculty of business and obtained her career counseling credentials from the University of British Columbia. She also developed the first neighborhood career center for executives in transition in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Ms. Collins’ previous positions include that of Director of Human Relations in publicly traded telecommunications and e-Commerce companies. She has held senior positions in Human Relations and Marketing within the private sector and was an executive director for a not-for-profit.
Over the past 12 years, Ms. Collins has been marketing, motivating and coaching senior executives throughout the United States and Canada. Her professional coaching expertise has helped executives at all levels find very satisfying career advancement opportunities.
As VP of Consulting Services for Career Solutions, Inc., Gregory Snowden and his staff of Senior Consultants, located in various cities throughout the country, are charged with determining which candidates are most marketable for the career steps they are seeking. To become a client, our Senior Consultants must first determine through a series of meetings that there is at least a 90% likelihood of success and this success will, in all probability, be achieved within a 90 to 120 day window.
Mr. Snowden began his career 35 years ago, after a 4 year enlistment in the United States Navy, during the Vietnam War. Since then, Mr. Snowden has held leadership positions in the commercial, consumer and military electronics industries.
With an extensive background in Operations, Employment Marketing and Profitability Management, he founded Snowmac Solutions, Inc., a successful marketing and consulting firm. Mr. Snowden’s past clients included: Boeing, Ford Aerospace, Hughes Aircraft, General Electric Ltd, Rockwell International, TRW Space Systems, AT&T and Scientific Atlanta.
